Privacy Notice

1. The short version
Sleep calculations happen in your browser. The site does not ask for an account and does not use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, advertising trackers, session replay, or a server endpoint for calculator selections.
2. Calculator selections
Age range, dated times, planning targets, time-to-sleep assumptions, and calculated results remain on your device while you use the page. They are not submitted to the Worker as calculator data. Closing or reloading the page normally clears the interactive state unless a share fragment is present in the URL.
3. Share links and calendar files
A share link is created only after you press the Share button. Its fragment—the part after
#—contains a version, selected age range, mode, relevant dated times, and the
selected time-to-sleep value. Encoding is not encryption. URL fragments are not included
in normal HTTP requests to this site, but anyone you give the link to, browser extensions,
and software on your device may be able to read it.
Calendar files are generated locally in your browser. The site does not upload their contents.
4. Cloudflare service data
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Like other web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare processes request and security data needed to deliver and protect the service, which can include network and device information. Cloudflare's handling is governed by its own policies.
On the production homepage, the site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics with single-page navigation measurement disabled. It is intended to provide aggregate traffic and web performance information without cookies. The site does not configure custom analytics events for age ranges, times, symptoms, share fragments, or user identifiers.
5. No sale or advertising profile
The operator does not sell calculator selections, create advertising profiles, or use the site to serve behaviorally targeted advertising.
6. Children
The age table includes guidance for children, but the service is directed to adults, parents, and caregivers. It does not knowingly collect a child's name, contact details, or calculator selections through a server-side form.
7. External links
Links to CDC, NIH, AASM, and other external sources lead to sites with their own privacy practices. This notice does not control those sites.
8. Changes and questions
This notice may be updated at this URL with a revised date. The site does not publish an unverified contact address. A verified contact channel will be added here if one becomes available.
